Why would I recommend cold-plunging to someone? Because of the dopamine it generates. Because of the energy you feel when you get out of the water. You feel like you can take on the world.

FAQ'S

Is it safe to use indoors?

Yes. The sauna can be safely used indoors, but it’s recommended to use on water-resistant floors. Depending on usage time, light condensation may form underneath, so it’s best placed on tile, concrete, or other non-porous surfaces.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes, but it must always be under a covered area since the steamer is not water-resistant. Keep in mind that leaving the sauna outdoors for extended periods may cause cosmetic wear on the exterior.

What temperature does it reach?

The heats up to 50–55°C with nearly 100% humidity. This can feel more intense and place higher demands on the cardiovascular system compared to dry heat.

How do I clean it?

The tent interior is made with antimicrobial materials to help prevent mold and bacteria. After each use, leave the door open to air out and dry internal walls and floor. Every 3–4 sessions, spray the interior with a 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar as added protection.

Does it need a water or power source?

The sauna plugs into a standard 220V outlet. Simply remove the lid and add water up to 3–5 cm below the max line inside the steam chamber.

Can I wash the tent in a washing machine?

No. Do not machine-wash the tent, as it may get damaged. Instead, air it out after use to keep it clean and fresh.

Will it develop odors over time?

No, the antimicrobial interior helps prevent mold and bacteria. To keep it fresh, always air out the sauna by leaving the door open after each use.
