We understand your excitement to receive your Alfa Humans products! We have products in stock ready to deliver. Delivery time thus, will depend on the logistics company.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. For any delivery time concerns on current orders, contact transport.
Order process
Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with delivery expectations. Make sure to double-check your delivery address and product description. Add any special instructions for the delivery driver in your purchase details to avoid delays.
When purchasing online payment will be processed immediately. If you request a quote, we will send a personalized quote within 1 business day.
How are my products packaged?
Your Cold Plunge Chiller is securely packed with eco-friendly materials to prevent damage during transit. The packaging includes a pallet, carton, and plastic strips, and must be disposed of by you. Your Cold Plunge Tub and Portable Sauna are securely packed with eco-friendly materials to prevent damage during transit. The packaging includes a carton box and must be disposed of by you. We are continually improving our packaging to be even more eco-friendly and easier to dispose of, aiming to reduce waste while ensuring your product arrives safely. We believe in helping the planet and making your life easier with less packaging.
What should I do when my products arrive?
Our logistics partner will deliver your Cold Plunge to your doorstep, but they will not assist with stairs or elevators. A signature is required upon delivery. If a signature was not requested, please inform our customer service immediately to guarantee support with loss of goods or damaged items.
When your Products arrive:
Inspect the package: Check for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, inform the delivery driver and contact our customer service team immediately.
Report damage: Document and report any damage to the packaging.
Unpack and inspect: After unpacking, inspect the products and all parts for any damage.
You will receive manuals and extra information by email before delivery, with a one-pager included in the package for setup assistance. Setting up your products usually take 10-15 minutes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery and know when to expect your products. Have you not yet received your tracking number or have questions regarding your tracking number then please contact our transport department and they will gladly help you further.
What happens if delivery attempts fail?
If a delivery attempt fails, our logistics partner will contact you to reschedule. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
